1. Slide the compression nut onto the pipe
2. Slide the olive onto the pipe
3. Push the insert into the pipe while ensuring it passes the rubber seal
4. Hold the pipe uniformly against the manifold port 
5. Slide the compression nut onto the manifold threat
6. Tighten the compression nut to ensure a permanent and watertight seal
