We work hard to ensure that all of our products reach you in the best condition, but in the event of a damaged item or if an item is not suitable for you, we make it easy for you to return.
It is within your rights to withdraw from a contract 14 days from the delivery date of the goods without giving a reason. You have 14 days to send back the goods since you submit the cancellation. We also offer 30 day money back guarantee which means you can cancel your order within 30 days since the delivery of the goods.
Simply fill in and print the Model Withdrawal Form below. Please take your parcel and the Model Withdrawal Form to your local posting office. When returning non-faulty items, please ensure that they are unused and in their original packaging.
All refunds will be made as soon as your goods are checked in at our returns centre, usually within 7 working days. All of our products have a one year guarantee. Please note that your statutory rights are not affected by the above guidelines.
Please return items with all components and any promotional extras. Remember to drain any fuel or oil from products before returning them. Certain items are excluded from the 30-day unwanted return (including goods that are made to measure, cut or mixed to your requirements, and used macerators, toilets or water pumps). You cannot return unwanted boilers where the product box/packaging has been opened.

To return an item
Items are shipped by our independent courier service. Please ensure there will be suitable help and access on the scheduled day of delivery.
You must inform us of any goods arriving damaged on arrival as soon as possible.
You can refuse to sign for consignment if it appears damaged. If you suspect a delivery problem, you can request to open the consignment in view of the courier.

Please ensure goods are returned unused and in a saleable condition with their original packaging and includes any accessories or items provided free of change or part of a deal / offer. You can return goods in person or incur the charges to send back, including any applicable transaction fees. A refund will be given when goods arrive at our depot, in saleable condition.

Please check if the manufacturer offers a helpline, repair or warranty service or a collect and repair service. We will either offer a repair or where this is not possible will replace the item with the same or an equivalent model.
